Unopened Products: Full refund within 30 days of delivery for any unopened, sealed product in original packaging.

Opened Products: Contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will issue store credit for the full purchase amount.

Damaged or Defective Products: Contact us immediately with photos. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund.
